MY ANIMAL SIGHTINGS IN THE PERUVIAN AMAZON

My first visit to the Amazon Rainforest was about as wild and magical as you might imagine! ✨

I spent 3 days away from civilization, cell phone reception and consistent electricity to immerse myself in this rare and unique place.

On my trip, I saw red howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, capybaras and various types of caimans, turtles, birds and insects! 🤍

I also encountered a sloth and a wild anaconda! The sloth was fairly high up in the treetops though so the photo I grabbed wasn’t great. And as someone who‘s terrified of snakes, I’ve opted to spare you from that photo… 🙈
