Eggroll In A Bowl Recipe🍲

Egg roll in a bowl is one of my FAVORITE budget friendly meal preps.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Sesame oil

Ginger

Onion powder

Garlic salt

Carrots

Coleslaw

(I added mushrooms just because I needed to use them up)

Ground pork

Sweet chili sauce

WHAT TO DO:

I like to sauté the mushrooms and carrots in sesame oil with my spices. Once done, I add it to a big bowl and then add my coleslaw to the pan. Once that starts turning clear and getting a little bit brown, I add that to the bowl with the carrots and mushrooms. I then brown the ground pork. I add the pork to the big bowl and mix everything together. You can then separate into your individual container for the week. Once warmed up, my favorite touch is adding the sweet chili sauce 😋

Total cost: $19.68 per meal ($4.92)
