Ingredients:

Egg (6pcs), white sugar (50g), white vinegar, corn oil (60g), milk (90g), 100g cake flour/low-gluten flour

Steps:

1️⃣ Six eggs, egg yolk and egg white separated, add white sugar and some white vinegar in the egg white.

2️⃣ Freeze the mixer head and egg white for half an hour.

3️⃣ Corn oil and milk mix evenly, add cake flour/low-gluten flour mix well, and add egg yolks and blend until smooth.
