GLASS ROASTERS - cozy neighbourhood cafe

Located at Faber Drive, glass roasters is a cozy cafe that’s quite ulu, with a minimalistic interior + amazing coffee

Overall experience coming here was amazing because there wasn’t a crowd nearby as it is tucked in a small nook of the neighbourhood.

First of all, the coffee here is GREAT. We are usually latte drinkers, but the friendly barista asked us to give their taro iced white (can’t remember the exact name) as it was their signature

was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t think that it would blend well together, but it had such an amazing unique taste. It was sweet but with a hint of savoury from the taro. It was light enough that the bulk of it was still the coffee, but with the taro notes when I drank it.

Another thing I want to talk about is the toasted banana cake!!!! 🍰🍰 when we came to this cafe we were super full for lunch & wanted a small cake for desserrt, but we proceeded to order 3 pieces because it was so good. It was the perfect sweetness and the crust of the banana bread was crispy yet soft on the inside.

Very good place to chill and people watch (there are people always walking doggos outside!!) 🐶🐶
