if you’re an avid clubber and you want to party in thailand, here’s one island you should put on your bucket list!

🇸🇬🛫🇹🇭 just a,

✈️ 2 hour flight

🚕 30-minute taxi to the pier

⛴️ 1½ hour ferry

🚕 15-minute taxi to the beautiful koh pha-ngan

where they hold their monthly full moon party 🍾

(it’s THAT near home 🤯)

🌕 what exactly is a full moon party?

the legendary story begins in the 1970s, when a group of tourist stumbled upon haad rin, a secluded village in koh pha-ngan and decided this was the new spot to enjoy the full moon! 🕺🏻

ever since that night, millions of tourist began putting this party on their bucket list 📖

🌭🍻 what do i eat there?

fret not! even though it’s a party with drinks EVERYWHERE 🏃🏻‍♀️

there’s so many street food vendors that stay open til 3 in the morning 😭 food ranges from 85baht to 250baht (SGD3.30 to SGD10)

🧾 do i need a ticket to enter the party?

technically no

if you step into the beach before 6pm, you get free entry! but you aren’t allowed to get out of the area

💲 they will barricade 🚧 the area at around 5:45pm and start charging each person 220baht (SGD7.80)

i paid for the ticket since i pre-gamed outside of the beach which was 100% worth since we got to keep a wrist band 🥰
