‼️MY STOMACH CYST REMOVAL JOURNEY‼️

A little back story, I had a stomach cyst which I notice in aug or sep of last year. I only went to see a doctor a month later which is Oct as it wasn’t the most appealing. After that I went to see a specialist in Jan and got it remove before CNY which WAS THE WORSE DECISION I HAVE MADE. HERES WHY👇

1. Specialist Appointment TAKES FOREVER😠

So the brief time line i gave you guys, you can see the how long it took to book an appointment to see the specialist. Not only does it take forever it cost up to $50 everytime I see the doct. For once I didn’t mind seeing the doct. But after awhile I realize how costly it may for other who may not be working. The waiting time at the clinic also takes FOREVER. I wait for almost 40 mins for my turn everytime I went to see the doct.

2. INFECTIONS HAPPEN☹️

As I didn’t do enough research, if I did maybe I would have choose to just took pills instead of doing the surgery. But this is just my own opinion. After all many people would have live with the cyst on them. However for cyst removal the infection risk is quite high despite the doctors saying it may be a small chance. And it’s absolutely depressing and mentally draining.

3. Healing Time⏱️

Doctors said that healing time take 3-4 weeks which is 1 month or so. But the healing time actually depends a lot on your own body. For me it took almost 3/4 months to get better and to see the wound close. I mean it’s still kinda open because I recently had another infection but the clinic doctors gave me antibiotics so, I guess for the time being it still looks fine. But I wish I was told that healing time would have been longer so I wouldn’t really take the risk of doing the surgery

After all these are my opinion if you still decided to go for the surgery I hope this kinda helped. Also know that you are not the only one. So don’t feel lonely🫶🏻
