Pilot kitchen created such a huge problem for me: I COULDNT PICK MY FAVOURITE DISH of the night!!

I was left in awe throughout the entire dinner. How did these young chefs manage to use a unique combination of ingredients w bold flavours to create something so palatable and delectable???it was rly hard to choose my favourite dish of the night😭

But here are my top 3️⃣ picks:

1. Butter cake 🧈🍰

2. Hamachi Collar🐟

3. Beef Short Ribs 🥩

Butter cake 🍰: what i loved most abt it is that the sides were crispy🌟!! It was v buttery n q moist. also, according to my father, it tasted exactly like the old school butter cake that he had as a child🥹🥹

i was also really surprised that the cambert ice cream ots could go so well w fried shalot!! such an interesting combi!!

Hamachi Collar 🐟: idu how a fish’s skin can be so soft when its skin is so crispy… (the highlight. u rly have to try it is life changing.) and the gravy was so savoury.. i thought that it had a hint of miso taste…anw IT WAS SO GOOD i felt like i could taste jpn in it🥹🥹 and there was sm meat (no timy bones!!, j 1 big bone!!) for just $32….. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Beef Short Ribs 🥩: The beef had j the right amount of fats and all the sides were perfectly charred🥹!!

Lastly!! The service was a 5/5🌟 as well… the staff explained the ingredients used in each dish and constantly checked on us too!! They even gave us a butter cake on the house🥹🥹

Overall, a 5/5🌟 experience that i wld highly recommend all of yall to try!! becuz i wld defo b cmg back agn!!!! 🤤🤤
