A day trip to Bow/Edison WA

Bow and Edison, WA, are some of my favorite places to visit on a chill day trip from Bellingham, Washington! If you take the scenic Chuckanut Dr to start with, you can also add in some beach time at Clayton Beach or Teddy Bear Cove , and stop at Taylor Shellfish Farms to have oysters along the way. Once you get over to the Bow/Edision area, there are so many delicious restaurants to choose from. I haven’t been to a bad spot over there. My favorite restaurant is cob and cork , and my favorite bakeries are the Farm To Market Bakery , and Breadfarm. I also love going to TerramarTerramar Brewstillery , and there is also a distillery and a speakeasy there! Spend your afternoon strolling through Edison and visiting antique shops and art galleries, then head over to Samish Island, Washington area to do some birdwatching. This is a great spot to view eagles, owls, osprey and so much more.
