- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger

**Steps:**
1. **Blanch Broccoli and Carrots:** Blanch 100 grams of broccoli and 50 grams of carrot, then remove them from the water.
2. **Prepare Ingredients:**
