2️⃣ Cycle Syncing my Exercises
😢 I used to beat myself up for not being “consistent” in my workouts even though my period cramps are preventing me from getting up. And I get envious of my fellow non-female humans (psst referring to non-menstruating people who has a hormonal cycle of 24 hours) but we have a hormonal cycle of 24-28 days!!! 😤
But I learned that I shouldn’t fight against my body but work with what I got 🤗 I learned I could do different exercises during my period and during the different phases of my period cycle.
✅ Hiking 🥾 , Yoga 🧘🏻♀️ during my Period helps a lot in relieving the cramps.

3️⃣ Chinese Herbal tea 🍵
Not going to lie, I should have listened to my grandmother 👵🏻 when I was younger haha 😂 I was born in a Cantonese household and every week I visit my grandma she would make all these herbal tea 🍵 i never had period cramps until I stopped drinking them!
Maybe it’s a combination of other factors but ngl tea helps a lot!
The tea I make is Jujube and red dates tea. Sometimes I add in dried longans for a lil bit of sweetness 💜
