Valentine’s Day is coming! It’s time for some self love! Last weekend I tried out a personal training session at Hypertrofit Bangsar!

Gym Name: Hypertrofit Bangsar

✨What to Expect:

As I signed up for 1:1 personal training class, the personal trainer is focus on me ONLY, so I can have a very personalised and focused workouts, with guidance. There’s body assessment and consultation session before and after every training. All trainings are customised based on body area focus and different workout phrase (best for beginners and non-professional newbie like me)

✨Who should join:

It is suitable for Workout beginners (to learn more about correct posture), fitness enthusiasts (to ease muscle tension), & those whom seeking to lose weight

✨Good Part:

It is a very clean and tidy gym with full range of workout equipment ! Very calm and experienced personal training instructor. You must make appointment beforehand to make sure the instructor is available on that day !

✨Improvement:

Probably the price! It’s kind of expensive compared to normal gym session.

✨Duration: 2 hours

✨ Price: $$$$ It's RM200 for Personal training first trial , normal price is RM250-300 depends on the package, there also many places that offer personal training with lower price, so always do your research beforehand👍

✨Rate: 4/5 because it is far from my place and I am yet to try out other personal training session, maybe there’s a better ones out there😆(I’m not sure yet). Overall it is a great experience, and I would definitely be back again (if my budget allows hehe)!
