If you are seeing this, I kind of understand your pain and frustrations of having pimples🥲 having to constantly care for it but doesnt GO AWAY😵‍💫🤬, feeling insecure about it, restricting yourself from certain activities because you do not want your face to get dirty and many many MANYYY more reasons why pimples should literally seize to exist😠 I am not going to ask you to buy like 10 facial products in order for you to get that korean glow skin😵‍💫 Because my face is not at that level yet HAHAHA BUTTT it got waywaywayWAYYYYY better as you can see from the picture😬

Hence let me share a few solutions that I found really worked for me,NO BULLSH*T!😖

💪🏻Exercise/workout

I KNOW I KNOW! It sounds kinda wrong😵‍💫 asking you to go exercise which makes your face dirty😩 HEAR ME OUT‼️ sweat alone doesnt actually cause you to breakout, but it is actually friction and heat that causes pimples to grow. Hence, if you have any concerns about pimples growing it should be on your body. 😱BUT please still do use a clean towel to gently pat your face dry and if you wash your body properly and frequently especially after your workout/exercise it shouldnt be a problem. 😌So why working out or exercising helps in clearing your skin? 🤔It is because it reduces your stress level, even out sugar levels, reduce inflammation etc.😋 (P.S It might not work for everyone but you can always try to see if your pimples get better!)

🧴Skin care products

I used to constantly apply skin care products randomly and did not see the effects of it and always just thought its useless😡 but in actual fact, i wasn't applying the skin care product that actually suits me and what my skin actually needs.😵‍💫 Hence I would suggest, instead of randomly buying products people/influencers recommend, do some research on the product first and find out if it is suitable for your skin type! EVEN for cleansers‼️ Speaking of cleansers, please PLEASE PLEASE DO invest in one😩 DON'T just use water! Water does not clean the dirt trap in your pores🥲

😴Ample sleep

I know i know.. Iam sure you hear this constantly from your parents! Constantly nagging at you to sleep early. Please listen to them and sleep early😡 It is recommended that you sleep around 7-9hours each night😴 while you are fast asleep, your body releases growth hormones that helps with cell and tissue repair which restores your skin☺️✨

💦Drinking lots of water

Take it from me, last time I was like a camel🐪 I could go on for hours without drinking water😖 please PLEASE stay hydrated if not well-hydrated, because drinking plenty of water helps improve your immune system which supports your body in fighting off infections🦠 which in turn helps prevent acne👊🏻

🍎Healthy diet

The food you consume also plays a part in recovering your skin👍🏻 Refrain yourself from eating too much oily food😣 Consuming too much fried food which contains lots of trans-fat increases inflammation in the skin and causes your skin to produce more oil which results in acne😩
