MENU FOR THE DAY ๐Ÿš€

Brunch: Poached Beef + Air Fryer Salmon

Dinner: Chicken Potato stew + Vegetable soup and shrimp

ใ€๐Ÿฎ Poached beef:ใ€‘

1) Beef slices without marinating

2) Boil water and scald for 3-4 minutes

3) Remove and sprinkle with pepper salt and cumin chili powder

ใ€๐Ÿฃ Air fryer salmon:ใ€‘

1) After thawing the fish, sprinkle some pepper, salt and cumin chili powder

2) Place in air fryer at 185 degrees for 15 minutes

3) Take out the fish and filter out the fish oil.

ใ€๐Ÿฅ” Chicken Potato Stew:ใ€‘

1) Cut ingredients: garlic, chili, ginger

2) Cut the potatoes and set aside

3) Heat garlic, chili and ginger and add oil to the pot
