• TFJ’s signature fruit tea $8.80 - The portion for this is huge which is great for the price , it’s very refreshing and I’ll highly recommend this as you’ll be drinking a lot of water to save you from the spice 🥵

• Lychee With Mint $5.80 - It is fairly smaller in size but equally Refreshing to pair with Sichuan dishes, the lychee is so sweet 😍

• Dry-Fried French Beans with Minced Pork $11.80 - pan seared green beans tossed with a garlic savory minced pork stir fry✨ just the right salty-ness too 🤭 I thoroughly enjoyed this as a side 😆

• Grilled Fish in Pickled Peppers - Omgosh, this was amazing 🤤 the fish was sooo fresh & the meat was so soft and tender , the soup itself is to-die-for frfr 🤤

It’s spicy 🌶 but drinkable , salty , a little bit of acidity kick. So good with rice, so good to drink, I find myself sipping on the soup all night long 🤤 I highly recommend!!

• CrayFish in Mala - The Cray fish was very fresh as well, the meat was plump and sweet! But the mala sauce was far from sweet 🙈 it was so spicy but a good kind of spice that just hits all the right spots. It’s not drinkable but you can dip the crayfish meat in it for that extra sauce ✨. I love mala but I’d love to try garlic flavour next time !

My thoughts 💭

• Surrounded by the Singapore Landmark and accompanied by the stunning River View , I cannot imagine a better way to celebrate my 94th Monthsary date 😳 We had our dinner while watching the sunset 🌅 & watching boats drive by ⛵️it was so beautiful. I definitely recommend you to wait for the river outdoor seating to fully enjoy your meal. I don’t know what sorcery pot they used but our soup remained HOT the entire almost 2 hour Meal time 😍 like scalding hot , I’m amazed as I slowly enjoyed my meal. I truly had the best time & I can definitely see myself coming back !!

After that filling meal, my bf & I took a walk around the Singapore river listening to Street Buskers and eating traditional ice cream 🤍🤭 it was amazing.
