DEFECT RECTIFICATION 😎

Yayyy its finally time for some updates !!!

From our last post that it was time for the defect rectification from developers, we only waited 2.5 weeks for the main con to complete our house and hand it over to us just yesterday!!

We conducted our final inspection with Advance Inspection’s inspector and found only very minor adjustments to be made, which our main con did so immediately! Super impressed w our developer, and everything has been so smooth, and its been a blessed Kairos journey for us 🥰🙏

We also loved the new fresh paint, varnish and general cleaning done for our place and we can really feel at home now, as compared to when we first got the keys and felt it was in the raw construction stage ❤️

Though we have 1 final thing undone which is the balcony glass replacement this is a step that is done as a block, and the main con will be doing it next week outside our balcony!! EXCITED TO SEE PEOPLE OUTSIDE MY WINDOW 😚

WHATS NEXT !!

✅ Furniture measurements & Fabrication; underway, and due to complete next week

✅ Lighting purchase from taobao; half of it arrived today!!! (Stay tuned!)

✅ Home WIFI; signed up w Singtel just today along w porting over our old lines!! (Stay tuned!)

🔧 Submit deposit for furniture / reno to Management office

🔧 Await news of furniture completion & move-in

🔧 Cleaning service; engaged and booked for post installation

🔧 Find an auspicious date and move in!!!

WHILE THIS IS ONGOING,

Our wedding inches nearer, and we are getting so hyped over it ! We went for casual preparations, so that we can truly enjoy the company of our family and friends in a humble and delicious location ❤️ (Also stay tuned!)
