Reformer Pilates | 4 classes for $30 💎

Booked the reformer pilates via Lab Studios app (reformer pilates intro trial packs: 4 for $120) which was quite affordable.

Studio

I went to the studio location at Joo Chiat, the studio feels comfy and cosy. There are about 10 reformer machines and barre studio just next to it. There are also toilet and shower facilities available.

Classes

There are 4 class types for reformer pilates. I tried the Reformer foundations which is a beginner friendly class and Reformer Strength a intermediate class.

Instructors

I went for instructors Cheryl, Joan and Joelle classes. The instructors was friendly and thoughtful. They will check on your level of experience and guide you on the reformer machine before start of the class. During the class they will adjust your posture/moves.

I really love the studio aesthetic and experience. For those who wanting to try out pilates, I highly recommend to try out at their studio.
