Fish Rice Skillet

1. Season fish with crab boil season & buttery steakhouse season then cook it in the skillet with olive oil & set aside.

2. Sauté cut up peppers, onions, zucchini or whatever veggies you’d like to add. Add an egg if you.

3. Cook your rice (add butter if you) and add it to the skillet and season to taste.

This pairs good with yum yum sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce as well. I also cooked corn on the side. The kids loved it!
