Life update

I started the soft 75 a couple months ago… I started it because of my PCOS and thyroid disease. My doctor wanted me to loose weight so my husband and I could start trying to have a baby. He put me on thyroid medication and birth control to jump start the journey. However i have faltered off because I ended up starting a different job, getting covid, and then ended up in the hospital due to blood clots from the birth control. Once I heal from the blood clots and detoxing from birth control I am going to push myself to go back to have a normal schedule and getting myself healthy. Hopefully soon I will be posting again about my healthy journey.
