Pin ming xuan have a 4.5 stars on google review hence me and my bf went to try it!

We waited for like 15-20mins before we got in and queue tickets/ordering forms are given to you first.

What we order:

1) Stir fry carrot cake - this was the best out of everything, besides my fav liu sha bao hahah. Generous portion with big chuncks of carrot cake, dao gei and eggs with of course their chili sauce. You can taste the Savoriness, egginess and crunchiness all in one bite. MAMAMIA!! 🤤

2) chicken porridge - this was meh ~ just normal porridge with sliced chicken.. so no comments. You can save ur stomach for other things 🫤

3) shrimp dumpling soup - 1 whole shrimp, pork and bits of chesnut wrap in this JUICY PLUM dumpling. Worth to give it a try!! 😋

4) ha gaw? Gao? - skin too thick 🫤 but shrimp was okah, can order or skip

5) ji zua/ chicken feet - Sorry i dont eat it cuz me dont like, but my bf say nice. The feet soak into the sauce, makes it so flavourful when u eat it, u can taste the umami and sweet taste in it. MAMAMIA🤤

5) shrimp siew mai - its was mehhh also leh haizz 😕 it taste more like fish cake then shrimp.. so can skip i guess? Even tho it is a must to order in every dim sum shop.

6) here comes the last dish, LIU SHA BAOOOO - can u see that ooozing? Means it good right? This one can fight 1st or 2nd place out of so many things we ate. Sweet, savoury, salty, sandy, all in that steaming hot pau. Even tho we left it there for like 5-10mins, the custard is still oozing one leh. no joke, come here must order okah! 🤤😋😘

To sum up, food was delicious! We paid like $25SGD for so many dishes, So freaking worth it!
