🇰🇷MUST TRY AFFORDABLE LOCAL FOOD BUKCHON HANOK V 🍜🍚

hello lovelies! on another ep of my #seoultravel, im a big foodie & i loveeeee korean food alot. there’s lots of food at Bukchon Hanok Village & it may get a lil overwhelming sometimes to decide which restaurant/cafe to go for 😅

while walking around, i came acrossAnguk korean restaurant onmigwan, &&&& it was one of the best meal i had in seoul 😋😋😋😋 super yummy & comfy place for traditional korean food 🍜

the best part? its AFFORDABLE 💲🤑 though the restaurant may seem atas, rest assured, if ur on a budget u can defo give this a go, even if ur not on a budget, pls try 😭

what we ordered for 2 pax:

🐖 half bossam — 15,000 won

boiled pork belly cooked in a broth made from scratch, making it tender & chewy bossam. this dish was sooo simple yet so damn good 🤤 the side dish tht came with it, kimchi & pickled cabbage goes so well with the pork belly.

imo the best way to savour each pork belly:

sprinkle a lil salt on ur pork belly, devour it, BUT before u devour finish, eat the kimchi now. THIS DISH DESERVE A MICHELLIN ⭐️

🥔 shreded potato pancake — 15,000 won

its like eating a rosti but with lots of melted mozarella cheese on top. it also comes with a dipping sauce as well, honey 🍯 i suppose, bc it tasted sweet.

im a potato gurlie so i love everyt & anytg potato, i love tht the pancake was super crispy on the sides yet soft & nice on the inside 😮‍💨 ps. i devoured 3/4 of the pancake by myself, it was so damn good. with or without the honey (dipping sauce) its still PERFECT 😋

🍜 hamheung-style cold noodles — 11,00 won

portion was huuuggeeee, could easily feed up to 2 pax❗️the noodle was sUPER REFRESHING💦 it comes with sliced beef, cucumber, radish & hard boiled egg 🥚 the dish itself was sweet & sour at the same time, & it goes so well with the softtt melty beef slices 😮‍💨

OVERALL;

the 3 dishes we ordered were more than enough for 2 pax, by the end of it we were so ffffff full 🫢 i literally had no room for dessert at all…😭😭 the meal was rly good, defo worth my 41,000 won 🥰
