hidden JB noodle place no one told you about 🤫

If you're looking for some comfort noodles soup, this is it!

We were at Eko Botani & students from the nearby university told us about this place.

What we ordered:

𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐊𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐚𝐨 + 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝟐𝐩𝐚𝐱 𝐫𝐦𝟏𝟖.𝟗𝟎

• I'm a big fan of the mala kway tiao, the flavours were just right, fragrant with a little numbness. The kway tiao was also very chewy.

• The pork stock was flavourful & full of ingredients

-> pork slices, pork ball, pork ball with filling

• Sweetness from all the seafood in the broth

• Also filled with ingredients

-> Clams, imitation crab stick, prawns, fried fish slices

I would say the seafood soup is more worth it in terms of the ingredients, but i personally prefer pork.

The portion for 2pax was really filling!

• Just a normal flower tea, nothing special

• They use fish tofu, not the dry beancurd kind, so i really loved it

• It was also super crispy & hot

• There's salted egg sauce on the side, but it's not very fragrant. We didn't even know what sauce was it until we asked

-> That's okay since the main highlight was the beancurd & IT WAS REALLY GOOD

Overall, it's a very hearty & comforting meal. I can definitely see myself craving it on rainy days etc. It's a good option if you're around the corner but not worth travelling all the way for it.
