What’s better than wine? FREE wine! 🇦🇺

Wills Domain offers complimentary wine tasting at the Cellar Door 20 minutes before meals. You can get up to 8 drinks if you reach early enough. Unfortunately, we reached slightly after and only managed to drink 2 glasses.

🍽️ After our complimentary wine, we proceeded to get the 4 course degustation menu for AUD 109 (SGD 96) and wine pairing at AUD 55 (SGD 48).

🧈 We started off with some bread with honey butter and then amuse bouche - prawns with garlic emulsion served on top a seaweed rice base.

🦪 Next up was abrolhos Island scallops with avocado, turnip and brown rice vinegar. The dish was a delicious combination of flavours - savoury, sour and sweetness from the scallops.

🍅 The next dish was a cold salad consisting of heirloom tomatoes, stracciatella, yellow chili and frozen green tomato nectar.

🐑 The main dish (and MVP) was dry aged Arkady lamb with garden herbs, pistachio and cucumber. A refreshing take to the typical lamb and mint with pistachio crust!

🍫 Ending the meal was a decadent Bahen & co chocolate cake with cherries and black sesame.

🍷 Wine pairing was great and complemented well with the dishes. We especially liked the dessert wine which had notes of nectarine and grapefruit.
