Must try Michelin milkfish porridge in Tainan

You should definitely check out this milkfish porridge from 永通虱目魚粥 when you are in Tainan!

The porridge is similar to Teochew style porridge where the rice is in the porridge instead of the mushy congee style.

🍽️ The ordering process is simple. You first get a seat, go order (and pay) at the counter and wait for your food to be sent to you. We ordered the mixed fish soup with rice (NTD 105, SGD 4.50). You can also order some side dishes to go with.

🍲 The bowl of soup came with lots of ingredients ranging from fish meat (from various parts of the fish), fish skin and topped with youtiao. The fish had no bones and the soup was fresh, sweet and delicious!

👍 We will definitely come back again to eat this milkfish soup. 5/5 recommended!
