Full-day guide at Cameron Highlands 🌲📸💚🌵

If you’re a nature lover (like me 🌲🌵🌱), have few days of leave to spare/clear, and looking to travel on a budget, then perhaps Cameron Highlands might be your next go-to travel destination!🚙

On my recent trip there, I went to Cameron Highlands by car and spent 3 days 2 nights up there. Here’s a one-day travel guide - places to visit while you’re there:

For this half-day tour, we booked it via Klook. A driver will come and pick you up from your accommodation anytime between 8am-8:30am as you’ll be going with other people who signed up for the tour. If you’re into flora and fauna, and insta-worthy snapshots then Flora Park is a MUST-VISIT😍📸 To be honest, Flora Park was the place that made me want to head down to Cameron Highlands after I saw videos of it on Instagram. The place sure didn’t disappoint. Check out my comprehensive review here.

This might sound shocking to you, but I suggest that you skip anything strawberry related. Cameron Highlands are known for their strawberries and perhaps because of that, the people have gotten complacent and the strawberry farm that I went was rather disappointing. And what’s more, the strawberries that we picked were sour and some tasteless - I’ve tastes better ones at hypermarts🤷🏻‍♀️ The driver from our tour also made a comparison of Cameron Highlands strawberries and the ones imported from Egypt and he said that the latter was sweeter🍓

You can end off the day with dinner at Centrum, a mini mall located at Cameron Highlands, which also has ZUS Coffee, a cafe that sells damn good coffee ☕️
