This Careline Graph Ink Liner is pigmented bc it's so so black and will surely give you that defined looking eyes👁

Waterproof? YES! guys it's waterproof and long lasting on my eyes but if you try to remove it with water and scrub it, it will definitely remove the liner easily but when it is finally removed it's not messy at all❤

What I love about this is that it stays for the entire day swear it's so lightweight and comfy on the eyes.
