Mexican Fruit Cups Recipe

I made these fruit cups for my fiancé’s birthday party and they were a hit.

Ingredients

Fruits of choice (mango, pineapple, watermelon, cucumbers, cantaloupe, jicama)

Chamoy

Tajin

Limes

Cups

- Add a layer of Chamoy to the bottom of your cups

- Cut your fruit to desired shape and size then add to your cups.

- Cut lime into quarters and add one wedge to the top of the cup as a garnish.

-Add mini tajin bottle on top of cup.

You can add an extra drizzle of chamoy to the cup before topping with the lime and tajin. If you don’t have the mini tajin bottles, you can sprinkle tajin on top of the fruit before adding the lime wedge.
