Heavy Flow Recommended Pads & Panties 🎀

🌸When my period comes in every month, I tend to call it Aunt Flow. I've been menstruating since I was 12 years old and Aunt Flow here comes in tidal waves, meaning that it is heavy. The first three days are usually the days the flow are so heavy. I tend to change my pads, 2 to 3 times a day and during the night, especially before when I head to sleep, I'll change into the overnight panties.

🌸if you are a heavy flow-er like me, these pads and panties are the ones I recommend the most. What is new is the overnight panties. I just found out about it, it has truly been a life saver. When it comes to pads, its basic to know that you need to change it often especially when it is full to prevent infections and irrtiation on the skin.
