jeju pre wedding shoot 💍

hello everyone! if yall follow me on my socials, you would know i did my pre-wedding shoot recently 💍 and it was one of my favourite places - Jeju Island, South Korea 😍

𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦 ─

these photos were taken in May where the weather was really good and the temperature was suitable for outdoor shoots 🤍

𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗥𝗦 ─

based on a friend's recommendation, we shortlisted 3 local photographers because i didn't want anything that was too commercial like!

the photographer that we finalised had connections with wedding gown vendors too, so it's easier for us to coordinate and get recommendations ☺️

𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 ─

the locations were mainly decided by the photographer but i love how he makes sure that it's an unconventional place as much as possible. we had a forest path (not the main touristy one), a flower field, an open grass field and sunset by the Samyang black sand beach. my favourite location is definitely the beach!!

one thing to note though - we did not get a translator or a driver during our shoot! so we spoke to our vendors mainly in Korean 🤭

this is really a great alternative for wedding shoots, apart from the usual places ✨ let me know if you have any questions regarding the shoot & i'll answer them!!
