there are 2 smoothing options – Advanced and Supreme available! for me, i picked the Advanced version as i want abit more curls to be retained ☺️ the Advanced option maintains natural curls

while reducing frizz by 50%, preserving volume 👍🏻

firstly, they did iron coating for my hair before strengthening my hair bonds and followed by softening treatment. the whole process took about 1.5 hours and it lasted me for about 2 months!! usually it lasts about 6 weeks but it lasted abit longer because of the hair care products they provided too 🤭 thankyou @Chez Vous Hair & @Smitten PR 🫶🏻
