🥸 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

Sarah was our instructor for the night & she had a lot of experience in teaching mediation so she shared with us alot. i particularly enjoyed how she has a section for card reading before the class starts 🤍 my card resonated with me so i kept it open during my practice ✨

the yin portion of the class was way slower than what i expected, which is good because it forces us to slow down & be grounded. but i do wish to have a few more stretches! 🥲

it was our first time at sound bath so she explained how things can work during the session & how we can connect with our mental and emotional stage; her explanation makes it more interesting & also gave insights to the session 👍🏻

🚿 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

• you can bring your own yoga mat/towel for class

• super near to maxwell mrt (2 min walk) and also chinatown mrt (5 min walk)

• SOUND BATH CLASSES 💯 you really have to try them for yourself - it's really healing and therapeutic

• natural sunlight flows into the studio during the day, it just makes practice time really grounded
