who else here hates running like i do!!! ππ»ββοΈ be it running outdoors or on the treadmill, i always find myself dreading to run - that's totally #NotForMe π₯² thankfully i've managed to find 5 BEST ALTERNATIVES TO RUNNING π₯³ and this post is for you all that hates running but still wanna workout π«Άπ»
1οΈβ£ SWIMMING
ππ» it's a full body workout that helps to increase your lung capacity significantly
ππ» swimming actually makes you work harder so 30 minutes in water can be equivalent to 45 of land activity
2οΈβ£ BOXING
π₯ excellent way to burn calories
π₯ other than it being a full body workout, it also helps to build muscles
3οΈβ£ HIKING
π₯Ύ a super convenient way to workout because of how the SG government made alot of trails
π₯Ύ it helps you raise your heart rate while going up and down the trails
4οΈβ£ CYCLING
π΄π»ββοΈ this was my proudest achievement in 2022 - learning how to cycle because it's a super low impact exercise
π΄π»ββοΈ also a good date idea to explore around SG!
5οΈβ£ SPINNING
π΄π»ββοΈ another form of cycling but this is indoors & rhythmic-based!
π΄π»ββοΈ the best alternative imho because my muscles have changed & i have gained alot from the past 2 years of spinning
