$100-$200 per piece of activewear, why buy? 💸

before i got introduced to lululemon, i used to be the girl who buys from moving peach on shopee or taobao. because i too thought that it's okay to be purchasing activewear every 1-2 months. but ever since i was gifted my first piece of lulu, it changed my entire life 😱 totally not exaggerating at all because i always thought the exorbitant prices are not justifiable at all, UNTIL I WORE IT FOR MYSELF.

❗reason 1: LONG-LASTING

• the most important reason of them all - lululemon products last v v long 💯

• they're made of quality fabric & construction, sourced from over 26 countries around the world

• they can withstand tons of wash before you'd have to buy another pair. i've friends who told me that they're wearing their lulu tights for the past 3 years & they're 90% in perfect working conditions 😱

• they don't fur easily under harsh washing conditions - putting it into a washing machine at the fastest speed/vigorous spins still wouldn't hurt (but of course not recommended lah!!)

• so if you actually do the math: 1 week you wear it twice for workouts & that's 104 times a year, each wear is only $1.92. assuming that you wear it for about 3 hours inclusive of travel time, that's only $0.60 per hour. so the baseline is, if you're the one who workouts often, this is a good investment. if not you can turn it into a good investment by wearing it more 🤪

• generally sg prices are super steep so don't buy it in sg stores or hk online!

• if you're traveling to australia/canada, buy it there because they have the cheapest price!!!

• in terms of variety & colours, canada/US has the best options & you can ship from US via ezbuy!! (sharing more soon 😘)

• make sure you check the sizing & length because US measurements are v different from asian fit!!

anyways, i bought all my items from either australia or US which helps me to save quite a sum even after the conversion rate!! 👀

so think about how many times you'd wear the pair of tights/sports bra or even shorts for guys in a span of a year, and you'd realise that lululemon is pretty worth it 🤪
