I am enjoying the few months that I have clear skin not until I got a pimple by eating a lot of sweet and oily foods lately!😩 I will share with you what food cause me a pimple and I will also share with you why you should avoid eating too much of that certain food too!😬
Just like what elders say “too much can be harmful”, I am sharing this to you to avoid the same mistake and to finally know what does a certain food have that triggers our skin to have a pimple!
1.) PIZZA 🍕
-it is high in carbs, sugar, and dairy which all spike the glucose levels and are highly correlated with acne breakouts!
2.) DAIRY MILK 🥛
-hormones in milk cause inflammation inside the body
-Inflammation can clog your pores, leading to acne
3.) CAKE 🎂
-the sugar and carbohydrates in these foods tend to get into your blood really quickly
4.) DONUT 🍩
-eating processed sugars and refined carbohydrates can cause acne
These are the foods that I ate a lot lately that really trigger my skin to have a pimple! Take note that you can eat these but make sure to eat moderately! Always make sure to still eat healthy foods and hydrate with water🥗🤗
