The long sleeve shirt was designed for running and training however I honestly wear this shirt just to lounge around in. It is so comfortable and lightweight. Additional product features and benefits include Silverescent™ technology, powered by X-STATIC®, which inhibits the growth of odour-causing bacteria on the fabric and it also has thumbholes.

This beautiful long sleeve comes in a variety of color ways and sizes. The sizing fits true to size. I am 5’3 and wear a size 2 in this shirt. It is slim fitting so it is supposed to be somewhat tight.
