Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

This is my go to meal for the family. It’s so simple and flavorful. Everyone loves it including my picky 4 year old.

You will need about 2 lbs of chicken breast for 1 packet of marinade. I cut the chicken breasts in half to make them thinner.

Follow the directions on the McCormick Garlic Herb and Wine marinade packet. You will need water, olive oil and white vinegar.

Marinade the chicken for 30-60 mins.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Season the chicken with Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning blend and bake for 18 mins.

Follow the cooking directions on the back of a bag of long grain rice depending on how much you would like to make. I like to use chicken broth instead of water.

Once the rice is done cooking quickly add the minced garlic (I usually put about a tablespoon or so for every cup of rice) and 1/4 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese for every cup of rice. Give it a good mix.
