Cheesy ranch potatoes

▪️Yukon gold potatoes

▪️3-4 pieces of bacon

▪️ranch dressing

▪️1/2 cup shredded cheese

▪️seasonings of choice

1️⃣preheat oven to 350° and cook and crumble bacon

2️⃣chop and season enough potatoes to fill a 8x8 baking dish 3/4 full

3️⃣mix in enough ranch to lightly coat potatoes. Mix in cheese and bacon

4️⃣cover with foil bake for 45 minutes

top with additional shredded cheese fresh out of oven and recover with foil to allow to melt.
