Quick and easy dinner rolls

▪️3&1/2 cups flour

▪️1/4 cup sugar

▪️1/2 teaspoon salt

▪️2 tablespoons dry activated yeast

▪️1/3 cup vegetable oil

▪️1 cup WARM water

▪️2 tablespoons butter to melt

▪️1 tablespoon butter softened

▪️1 egg beaten

1️⃣in a large bowl stir together water, oil, sugar, and yeast, let sit u until mixture starts to bubble usually around 15 minutes preheat oven to 400

2️⃣stir in the salt softened butter and beaten egg

3️⃣mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time until fully combined if dough is still sticky mix in 1 tablespoon of flour at a time until no longer sticky

4️⃣spray 13x9 casserole dish and hands with cooking spray and form 12 equal sized balls of dough cover with parchment paper or cling wrap sprayed in pam and a kitchen towel let rise for 10-15 minutes
