Cheesy mashed potatoes

▪️2 lbs yellow gold potatoes

▪️4 Oz cream cheese

▪️1 stick of butter

▪️1/2 cup shredded cheese

▪️1/4 cup milk

▪️seasoning of choice (I LOVE potato slayer)

1️⃣chop potatoes into small pieces you can peel them first but these potatoes are delicious with the skin

2️⃣fill pot with just enough water to cover potatoes and heat over med-high heat until boiling. Boil for 15 minutes

3️⃣in a mixing bowl add in butter cream cheese and seasoning

4️⃣drain potatoes and add to mixing bowl, mix with hand mixer or stand mixer until potatoes cream cheese and butter are combined. Add in milk 1/8 of a cup at a time until you’ve reached the consistency you like

5️⃣mix in or top with shredded cheese
