1 ✈️ COMFY SWEATSHIRT or JACKET

The temperature on the airplane usually starts out warm and gets colder once you are in the air. Wearing an easy layer to take off and put on is essential. Go for something loose and oversized so that you don’t feel restricted in the already close quarters on the plane.

2 ✈️ LEGGINGS, SWEATPANTS, or SHORTS

I don’t know about you, but it takes a lot of adjusting to get comfortable on a plane (especially in the main cabin), so I never wear jeans or structured pants that will keep me from bending my knees a little extra during the flight.

3 ✈️ COMPRESSION SOCKS

Sooo important for blood flow and circulation! I usually pack them in my personal item and wait to put them on until I’m on the plane since they look kind of dorky.

4 ✈️ COMFY SNEAKERS

Travel days seem like a lot of sitting if you are flying, but you are likely going to spend a lot of time on your feet, too - waiting in the security line, walking through the terminal, walking to the car, hauling around your baggage, etc.

5 ✈️ EYE MASK

With the cabin lights turning off and on, plenty of people watching, and the option of screen time, an eye mask helps to block out all of these distractions and try to relax.

6 ✈️ NECK PILLOW

Reclining the chair in main cabin is just not enough for me to get comfortable. My head needs to lean on something besides the chair back. I think the foam ones are better than the inflatable ones even though they take up a little more space!
