trying tiktok viral korean skincare!!! 🫧

I’m sure if you search on tiktok korean skincare you’ll see at least one of the 5 items i’ve listed below. They are really popular in korea atm and you can purchase all of these from olive young. If you’re not going korea, fret not you can purchase them in SG too!!

Things to take note, this is based on my skin type and what’s suits me the best. I have oily, sensitive and easily inflamed skin. Just cause it’s popular/viral doesn’t mean it suitable for everyone 😕

1️⃣ Abib Heartleaf spot pad Calming pad 🍃 ~ 10/10!!!

🍃 I love this so much, it’s extremely calming for my skin. I only use this at night as i’m currently using another toner in the morning. Especially after a long day of make up & in mask my face tends to get a little red with dry spots. This is really helpful to calm my skin down too. I love that it’s fragrance free too!! Will definitely repurchase!

2️⃣ ISOI blemish care serum 🍬 ~ 6/10

🍬I used this a few time but i’m not a huge fan of it as it somewhat irritates my skin. My skin tends to feel heated and read after this serum. Initially, i thought it was solely because of the serum but i did purchase its mask too. Similarly, the mask leaves my face irritated and inflamed.

3️⃣Torriden hyaluronic acid serum 🐬 ~ 8/10

🐬I am almost through with this serum, honestly i can’t really say i love or hate it. I love the watery texture & it’s fragrance free. But honestly i’m not sure if it doing much for my skin 😕 i do still use this because most of my other products targets acne prone or oily skin which means it strips away and dry out my skin so i need to put some moisture back into my skin.

4️⃣ Round lab sunscreen 🐳 ~ 8/10

🐳This is a pretty good sunscreen i’d say!! Very light on the skin and it feels very moisturise and it gives you a very dewy look. However, with that being said, the dewy look isn’t for me and even after i try mattifying with loose powder, i still think it leave a somewhat sticky/tacky residue.

5️⃣ Goodal green tangerine vita c gel eye patch 🌻 ~ 7/10

🌻Honestly, i think lots of people out there uses eye cream, eye patch, eye mask etc but i never found any that’s effective for my skin before. Similarly to this, it was highly raved even the staff at olive young was telling me how much she loves it. After trying for weeks and i still don’t really see the result 😕 but i kept using it because it feels good and refreshing on my eyes 🤭

Tiktok viral products changes everytime, if you’d like to try out all the hype products make sure to check tiktok during the period you’re going to try out their popular products!!! All products mentioned above are sold in olive young are currently being sold on shopee/tiktok shop/lazada buy PLEASEEE 🙏🏻 do your due diligent as even those shops that are marked as verified/mall etc they do sell fakes 👀 and i’ve friends that purchase from them and realised it’s fake after comparing to the ones i bought in olive young 🥲
