Day 1: slow down - take a few minutes to slow down and ground yourself. This will really help to set the tone for the challenge. I like to do something outside as this helps me slow down the most. ๐ฑ
Day 2: treat yourself - treat yourself to something you donโt usually splurge on like flowers, a facial, etc and see how it makes you feel ๐
Day 3: get movement in - daily movement has so many benefits and can really help you glow up, so take a day to try and get movement in! ๐ณ
Day 4: journal - halfway through the challenge, take a minute to reflect and practice some mindfulness. Write down things you are grateful for to work on being more positive!๐
Day 5: check in with your diet - I always feel and look my best when my diet is in check. Take a day to really ask yourself if you are eating whole foods, eating processed things or prioritizing your diet in any other way. ๐
Day 6: spend quality time with someone you love - people you spend your time with can deeply impact your energetic state so be intentional and spend time with those that fill your cup! ๐
Say 7: reflect - reflect on how the week went and what made you feel the best. Was it mindfulness? Going for a morning walk? Identify the things that you can continue to add to your daily routine to continue to glow up in October! ๐
