Here are my 3 favorite ways to improve my happy hormones, naturally!

1. 🏃🏻‍♀️Endorphins - this is an easy one for me because I love to exercise! Endorphins help with stress management and reduce feelings of pain, which is why it’s known as the pain killer hormone! Though exercise is an easy way to release endorphins, other options are through laughing with friends, dark chocolate, or essential oils.

2. 💗Oxytocin - this is known as the love hormone. This hormone helps you feel a sense of love and trust, ultimately improving your ability to build and maintain relationships. Playing with dogs/puppies is a very easy and fun way to release oxytocin but some other ways are to hug your loved ones, play with a baby, or holding hands.

3. ☀️Serotonin - this is the mood stabilizer hormone. My favorite way to release this hormone (and easily accessible for me living in a sunny city) is to enjoy time in the sunshine. Other options are meditating or enjoying nature.
