💪🏻 I just started a new workout split and thought I would share it with you all! Here’s what I am doing (see images for exact exercises):

🍑 Mondays and Thursdays - Legs! I like to start out my workout week with a leg day. Personally I think leg days are the toughest which is why I like to “get them over with”! I have also increased my light intensity cardio on these days to 25 minutes of incline walking.

🍓Tuesdays and Fridays - Upper Body & Abs! I have a love-hate relationship with my upper body days. Typically I find them easier to do so I enjoy doing them but they tend to be quite long since I also do an ab workout on these days. Make sure to finish with a 15 minute core circuit. I have also been doing 25 minutes of cardio these days after my workouts.

🏃🏻‍♀️Wednesdays - Cardio! I have mostly been enjoying running outside, but when it’s too hot, you’ll find me cruising on the treadmill at the gym!

🌱Weekends - Active Recovery! Lastly, I have been enjoying my weekends to be a little quieter and using them for active recovery. For me lately this has been an outdoor walk in the mornings or stretching!
