👐If you’ve been keeping up with me, you know I have been working through a 10 week cut as I wanted to “tighten up a bit” for my trip to Cabo in September! I just finished 4 weeks of the cut and have lost 3 lbs. While the weight loss is slow, sometimes slow is better because it is SUSTAINABLE! Here are 3 key things I have done to lose this weight so far.
🥗Stick to a diet plan - regardless of what you want to do for your diet (low carb, keto, low fat, whole 30 etc) what matters most is that you stick to it! I like to track my food and maintain a balance of carbs and fat while eating enough protein.
💪🏻Stick to a workout plan - consistency with both your diet and your workout plan are going to do wonders for you to see progress! Whatever plan you choose, just stick to it. I have posted several of my workout plans on here if you need inspo!
⏳Be patient - this is a hard one, but change takes time. I recommend weighing yourself every day or taking weekly progress pictures because it can be hard to see the changes in the mirror!
