Here are some of my hair growth tips!

✨Stick to low tension hairstyles/low manipulation styles. It’s less tugging & friction on hair. (Twist outs are my favorite)

✨ Have a set hair care routine! I just posted one (check my previous reel) yes there are going to be times where you don’t follow through but having a set routine allows you to have a system to go by.

✨ Keep your hair moisturized! Everyone’s hair manages moisture differently, so do what works for you. Do a hair porosity test too & see how your hair absorbs moisture.

✨ Believe it or not trimming your ends is keyyyy! Snip here & there when you see signs of breakage.

✨ Watch what you’re putting in your body. Healthy habits = healthy growth.

✨ Taking prenatal vitamins while I was pregnant helped.

✨ Eating salmon, avocado & spinach is also great at promoting hair growth.

✨ Scalp massages help stimulate blood flow which promotes growth.
