It’s really sad that this happened….

My first experience on a podcast was a COMPLETE flop!

So, a few years ago I was asked to do an interview on a podcast. I was so excited and thrilled for the opportunity.

During this time I did have a book out, and they wanted to interview me about it. But they never took the time to actually READ or BROWSE through the book before the interview.

I sat there while they prerecorded other women who wrote books and they were very interested in their work, but when it was my turn…

They quickly read the back of the book right in front of me and that created the most awkward conversation and interview of my LIFE!

Turns out they just needed an extra spot filled for the month so they didn’t technically care about my book anyway. So yeah…I was used.

But it’s okay…because I know there will be other opportunities that are genuine.
