How I get around Seoul with these apps👩‍💻✨

More Korea content for you to prep your 2024 Trip to Seoul! Been there x4 times(?) and it honestly feel rather safe to me as a traveller 🫶🏻

Definitely the apps I wished I knew before travelling to Seoul, so I’m sharing it~~

1️⃣ Seoul Metro Subway Map on App Store

Not sure if it is Andriod friendly but I have friends that uses that App when travelling to Korea and it’s p accurate! Gotten use to the map so usually I plan my trip the night before instead of googling up on the day itself. Heard this app is rather accurate

Moving on to the hailing apps…

2️⃣ KakaoT

This is pretty much equivalent to the Grab in Singapore, KakaoT is pretty much the “main” market holder for e-hailing apps! Take note that you have to set it up before going to Korea! When you’re in Korea think app stores switches it so you’ll need a Korean card for you to be able to use the app…

3️⃣ Uber (UT)

Uber has been pretty popular too! And growing in Korea! Just have to have an existing Uber app and it will automatically switch to UT when you’re in Korea. Accepted payment methods are cash or card! Can also have the T-money if I’m not wrong but it depends(?) on the type of car hire you get! I paid for one of the ride with my remaining T-money before leaving Kr
