This is your friendly reminder that you deserve to take up space in the gym/group fitness class/pilates/cycle/etc. 🫶🏽 Fitness is meant for every single person. Whether you are a size XXXS or a XXXL, whether you can lift 200 lbs or 5 lbs, whether you can run a mile or walk a mile, YOU DESERVE TO TAKE UP SPACE.

Something I have always strived for in my classes is making people feel confident, positive, and empowered because it won’t just stop there. You will realize how just becoming more confident in your body, you will become more confident in social settings, work settings, family settings, etc.
