Chewy Mint Chocolate Chunk Cookies 🍪

Simple and Delicious!

Pre Heat oven to 350 Degrees F

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch

In a separate bowl, mix softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add your eggs and vanilla extract and mix until it’s smooth

Add your dry ingredients into your dough a cup at a time make sure to use a low speed while mixing until thoroughly combined.

Add your mint chocolate chunks

Place cookies on baking sheet about 3 in apart

*I use a spoon and scoop a ball of dough*

Cook for 12-15 minuets

3 Cups Flour

2 Tsp. Cornstarch

2 Sticks of Softened Butter

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Large Eggs

1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 10 oz. Bag of Mint Fudge Flavored Baking Chunks
