I am SO sore today!
9 times out of 10, I join a Pilates or Strength class on the Lululemon Studio Mirror when I work out. I guess I pushed myself yesterday a bit harder than I thought, because I am so sore today! I took todays workout a little lighter. Here’s what I did:
• 10 minutes on the bowflex tread climber // 2.5 speed for 8 minutes, 3 speed for 2 minutes to get heart rate up
• 3 sets of 12 hip side to side
• 3 sets of 20 Russian twists
• 3 sets of 20 side to side heel tap crunches
• 3 sets of 30 second plank
I am only 3.5 months postpartum, so I’m slowly starting to do more in the gym. It’s been a huge mental thing for me because my body does not look like it used to! BUT I am slowly learning to accept my new body and be thankful that it was strong enough to nourish my baby for 9 months. Us mommas don’t give ourselves enough grace!!! 🤍☺️
